Mountdog accepts products to be returned for a full refund without reason within a month from the order date. We only accept a refund if the item is brand new in the original package and does not affect the secondary sales. The buyer should return all the items in the original package including all packing material, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.

For orders whose delivery address is actually an international freight forwarding service point, if the package is lost on the way from the express service point to your physical address, we will not bear any responsibility, and we will not refund the lost package.
3-month return guarantee for quality-related issues

It may take up to 7-25 days to return an item. And another 7-25 days for the new product to arrive at the destination.
